高校高学历专职行政人员职业倦怠原因与对策

摘    要:长期从事行政管理工作的高校高学历专职行政人员,往往容易产生严重的职业倦怠情绪,究其原因在于行政工作特点本身难以对行政人员构成有效的激励;行政管理人员的职业社会地位不利于调动其工作积极性;考核机制的不健全影响了对行政管理人员的激励效果。针对这些问题,提出人尽其才,合理安排工作岗位,建立客观而公平的评估体系,创造有助于发挥潜能的培训机会及实行柔性管理等激励机制,以转变其职业倦怠的消极情绪,促进高校行政工作的高效运作。
