In the development of economic growth theory,the research of human capital theory is being cornered.The reason is that people has no way to bring system into analytical system because of the limitation of analytical ways.The system analysis method of system school provides new ideas and methods for development of economic growth theory,but it also exists one-sidedness understanding.It is a breakthrough to apply system method for the study of human capital.
