| 摘 要： | 为研究在供应链信息系统高度运用的条件下如何把需求确定的树型结构的分销供应链系统简化为链式系统,运用级库存理论,通过求解松弛问题的启发式算法对系统库存进行优化,其目标是使系统总成本最优化。以某医药零售企业的三级库存系统为例对其进行优化,其总成本减少了10%以上。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the method of simplifying the tree-structure with interlinking structure and multi-echelon inventory optimization in distribution supply chain through the theory of echelon inventory and heuristic algorithm for the relaxed problem by using information technology.The new method has proved its positive effect on minimizing the total cost of the system in the practical application. |
