| 摘 要： | 尽管许多人将做市商制度称为“庄家制度”，但是由于交易机制的根本差异，做市商与庄家对市场的控制程度是不同的。在理论上，做市商制度能够保证市场不被做市商人为操纵。实际中要想做到这一点，应辅之以一定的市场监管。

| Abstract: | While market maker is often referred to as market manipulator, a market maker and a market manipulator impose fundamentally different controls over the market due to various transaction systems. In theory, the market maker system can ensure competitive prices, although market regulation is necessary to achieve that in practice. |
