| 摘 要： | 在全国社保基金委托投资主体中，投资管理人是一个重要的角色，对基金保值增值起着至关重要的作用。社保基金投资管理人与证券投资管理人存在联系，但有区别。社保基金投资管理人在管理社保基金时具有信赖义务和注重义务。

| Abstract: | The investment supervisors play an important role in the main part of entrust investment of Chinese social security fund, and it＇s also vital to maintain and raise the value of the funds. The investment supervisors of social security fund and the investment supervisors of negotiable security are related, but also have some differences. The former have responsibilities of trust and value. |
