浙江省中小企业经济持续发展组织动因及对策研究

浙江省经济近几年保持强劲的发展势头,在某种程度上得益于数量占99％的中小企业的经济活力,而浙江中小企业的经济活力在很大程度上依赖于数量众多的专业化产业区。在分析近年来浙江中小企业经济发展特征的基础上,研究它背后的组织动因,并对浙江的中小企业工业园区组织建设从观念、战略、原则、条件、管理模式等提出了相应的对策。

A Research into the Organizational Cause and Strategies of Zhejiang Middle-sized and small-sized Enterprises' Economic Sustain able Development

During the resent years Zhejiang has been keeping an energetic development in the economic field. This economic achievement is due to the contribution of large amount of small-sized and middle-sized enterprises which are motivated by numerous specialized industrial zones. Having analyzed the characteristics of Jejiang's small-sized and middle-sized enterprises in terms of developing the eocnomy, the paper draws out its organizational cause and puts forwards corresponding measures as to constructing the industrial zones in such aspects as follows: concepts, strategy, principles, conditions and management model, etc.
