施工项目管理中沟通体系的构建探讨

项目沟通管理关系着项目的成败。良好的沟通管理机制可以有效的提高项目管理的效率,促进工程项目的顺利实施。在对当前施工项目沟通管理现状的分析基础之上,分别构建了施工项目管理内部以项目经理为主导、项目成员间全通道式的沟通体系和外部基于网络系统的沟通体系,以求通过建立良好的项目沟通管理体系促进施工项目管理。

To Discuss on the Constructing of Communication System in Construction Managing

Communication Management directly relates to the success of the project. Good communication management system can effectively improve the efficiency of project management to facilitate the smooth implementation of the project. Based on the analysis of current communication management in construction project,the paper constructed two communication systems ,internal led by the project manager and external based on computer network system,to improve construction project management through the establishment of good communication management system.
