| 摘 要： | 针对云南矿产资源优势难以转化为经济优势和发展优势的问题,选择云南矿产资源开发强度大的滇中和滇东南区域,剖析其中典型的生态灾难事件,从法律、管理、收费、机制上归纳总结了云南矿产资源开发中的生态补偿问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Though mineral resources is outstanding in Yunnan province,it have not changed into promoted economic and development advantages.This paper analyzed several typical ecological disaster events selected from central and southeast Yunnan Province where concentrated most mining industry of Yunnan province.Ecological compensation problems were concluded from law,management,tax,and policy mechanism.At last,several corresponding suggestions were proposed. |
