| Abstract: | In new situation,trade union should insists on the principle "Promote the development of our enterprise and safeguard the rights and interests of staff" and take the healthy development of an enterprise and the rights and interests of staff into consideration when setting goals and laying emphasis at work.The paper discusses how to find out a starting point when we carry out the work of trade union so as to enhance the effectiveness of trade union and protect the interests of both the enterprise and staff. |
