| 摘 要： | 科学发展观对土地规划工作提出了新的更高的要求。通过对农村居民点布局现状及当前规划体系的分析，指出应根据科学发展观的要求将农村居民点体系布局的调整和整理作为土地利用总体规划的重点内容，同时还对如何在当前土地利用总体规划中体现科学发展观作了一定探讨。
