| 摘 要： | 城乡居民收入差距与产业结构、就业结构之间存在着密切的关联性.贵州产业结构调整滞后于全国,就业结构与产业结构严重偏离,导致农业与非农业之间劳动生产率差距不断扩大,最终体现为城乡居民收入分配差距的扩大.调整产业结构,促进劳动密集型加工制造业、生产性服务业、民营中小企业以及非国有经济的发展,是加速农村剩余劳动力转移,增加农民收入,缩小城乡居民收入差距的根本性战略举措.
