| 摘 要： | 洞庭湖是长江中游的重要调蓄湖泊，但由于接纳湘、资、沅、澧四水和长江三口洪水、泥沙，使得河道湖泊泥沙淤积，洪水位抬高，在不断加重湖区的防洪负担的同时，造成严重的洪涝灾害。根据洞庭湖河湖疏浚规划，通过对典型河段疏浚前后水情、堤防防洪能力和内湖自排时间等的变化的深入分析，定量与定性相结合对洞庭湖河湖疏浚的防洪减灾效益进行了分析研究和预测。

| Abstract: | Dongting Lake is an important late in regulating the middle reach of the Yangtz River. With an reception of volumes and sediments from the Xiang, Zi, Yuan, Li, and Yangtz Rivers, Dongting sees its bed rise yearly, and a higher risk of disastrous flooding. So, this paper analyzes and forecasts dredging up program for the sake of Dongting Lake by both quantitative and qualitative analysis. |
