低温冷冻萃取法分离混合脂肪酸中的亚油酸

摘    要:介绍了以冷冻萃取结晶法分离混合脂肪酸中亚油酸,用气-质联用测定含量,得到的最佳工艺条件为:在冷冻时间6 h时,脂肪酸∶溶剂=1∶1,结晶温度梯度:0℃、-25℃、-35℃,亚油酸含量为85.33%,得率为68%。

Abstract:To describe the method of separating linoleic acid from mixed fatty acid.Mixed fatty acids are esterified into fatty acid methyl esters by two times,GC-MS is used to determine the contents.Llinoleic acid are separated from mixed fatty acids by frozen crystal extraction.The optimum conditions are:freezing time:6 h;fatty acids∶solvent=1∶1;crystallization temperature gradient:0 ℃,-25 ℃,-35 ℃;linoleic acid content as follows:85.33%;yield was 68%.
