| 摘 要： | 由于受跨地域性等因素影响,要在海外开展项目开发并取得较好的经济效益,必须有优秀的项目管理团队及科学、有效的管理方式。文章从管理团队、项目前期考察、管理方式选择等方面阐述如何做好海外业务项目管理工作,为企业做好海外项目管理,拓展海外市场提供了参考。
