Shaanxi Journal's Developing Presentence, Exesting Problem and its Measurement

Shaanxi's journals have made a great progress in recent years, but there are following emgernt problems: the level of modernization is low;the structure of journals is unreasonable;the high-quality editors is short,the subject of journal serving is not so clear; the managing stragedy is not very well. In order to solve these problems, we should deepen the reform in the journal's management, cherish the manpower and improve editors' quality, change the ideas about journal and enlarge economic benefit, outstrentch the feature of each journal and form its own character.
