| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation and the reasons of the investment and financing of ecological public welfare forest,then the investment and financing system's environmental polices of ecological public welfare forest under market economy condition are analyzed.Last,this paper has proposed the work that the system of ecological public welfare forest investment and financing should be paid attention to under the market economy condition of our country. |
