| 摘 要： | 模块化设计的流程能够提高柔性,现有流程建模技术难以对柔性流程进行建模。文章首先分析了业务流程的范围柔性和响应柔性两个关键维度并给出定义,基于服务元素和流程协调的研究给出了这两个维度的量化计算方法,其次基于QFD和DSM设计出一种新的流程建模工具"服务元素-活动-依赖结构"矩阵(SeAD矩阵)。
