| 摘 要： | 文章从实际情况出发,结合对现行规范和法规的理解,尝试性地探讨了当前金融危机下国内沿海航行的散货船因需装载矿砂的可行性和具体要求。通过对规范和法规宏观层面的理解以及船舶装运矿砂应具备的条件的分析和总结提出了相应的观点。
