摘    要:企业高层次人才P-JTO引进模式是以服务企业战略为宗旨,以组织分析和工作分析为基础,以匹配度识别为核心,以专业评价人员为关键,包括了基础工作、准备工作、匹配识别三个环节,涵盖了企业环境评价、所需人才分析、招聘团队组建、甄选技术设计、实施识别甄选、双向识别试用六个步骤,最终实现人与岗位(P-Job Fit)、人与团队(P-Team Fit)、人与组织(P-Organization Fit)三层匹配的系统体系。

Abstract:Enterprise high-level talents introduction mode should be with enterprise strategy as the aim and discerning the matching degree as the core,with organization analysis and operation analysis as the foundation,and professionally evaluating personnel as the crux.It includes basic work,preparations and matching identification,and encompasses six steps which are environment evaluation,desirable talents analysis,group recruiting,selecting techniques designing,identification marking and two way selected probation...
