摘    要:实施绩效考核对企业来说是一柄"双刃剑"。在企业预期通过绩效考核改善企业效益,实现优化管理的同时,也可能使企业面临绩效考核失败的风险企业通过运用风险矩阵和Borda序值法可以对各个阶段考核风险因素的相对重要性进行排序,构建合理的风险评价体系,从而推动和完善了企业的绩效考核机制,最大限度规避考核失败给企业带来的损失
