摘    要:员工建言行为是员工向企业提出一些创新想法和建议,是企业生存和发展所必需的。组织内信任是组织保持竞争优势的源泉,它能鼓励员工说真话,从而增强员工建言行为,提高组织决策质量,最终提高组织绩效。

Abstract:Voice behavior is defined as that employees create new ideas and suggestions,which is necessary for company to survive and development.The trust in organization is the fountain of competitive advantages,which can inspire employees to tell the truth and increase the voice behavior.Consequently,it can not only improve the effective of decision,but enhance organizational performance.
