| 摘 要： | 社会保障法律制度是社会主义市场经济的一个重要组成部分,我国农村绝对贫困和相对贫困的问题都很突出,解决农民的社会保障问题是我国当前的重要任务之一.必须建立适合我国国情的农村家居养老和家居护理养老方式,以土地换保障也是一种可供选择的农民社会保障模式,还必须建立保护农民工合法权益的农民工社会保障制度.完善农村农民社会保障体系,必须坚持与当地生产力发展的实际水平相一致的原则.

| Abstract: | The social security system is an important part of the socialist market economy.Absolute poverty and relative poverty in rural areas of our country are serious.To solve the problem in social security of the farmers is an urgent mission at present.We should establish a home-based and a home-based-nursing elder people supporting pattern in rural areas which suit the national conditions of our country.Giving land in exchange for security is also a way to choose in the selection of farmers' social security patterns.To perfect the farmers' social security system,we should also abide by the principle of keeping it consistent with the practical development level of the local productivity. |
