基于人地关系理论的区域土地持续利用规划反思

Reflection on Sustainable Land Use Planning Based on the Theory of the Relationships between Man and Land

The special contradiction in the sustainable use of land resource exists between the finiteness of the quantity of land and the increasing demand of it.Coordinate the supply and demand of land is an eternal subject in the sustainable use of land resource,and an important content in the use and plan of land resource.From the angle of the theory of the relationships between man and land in geography,the contradiction belongs to the contradictions between the development of human society and natural environment.The paper is a reflection on the sustainable land use planning based on the theory of the relationships between man and land.The authors analyze the problems in the present land use plans,and propose countermeasures of the problems based on the harmony and coexistence of man and land.The results will be significant for the further development of sustainable land use planning.
