| Abstract: | Quality is the life of periodicals of colleges and universities. The key point is that leaders pay great attention to the quality of periodicals, at the same time, fund is necessary to secure the quality of them. Meanwhile, the quality of editors should be improved if we want to have definite goal and make them have their own features in organization, management and the building of personnel. |
