| 摘 要： | 智力资本是企业在知识经济社会中核心的生产要素,而挖掘智力资本价值创造潜力也必然成为创造企业价值的管理重点.为此,需要明确智力资本价值创造潜力的动态本质内涵,通过帕累托分析和价值链分析来准确地把握价值创造潜力的决定因素:智力资本的静态存量、组合效率、投资效率及其结构化程度,从中发现智力资本价值创造潜力转化的机理,进而提出了提高价值创造潜力转化效率的具体管理方法.

| Abstract: | Intelligence capital has being core production factors of enterprise in knowledge economy society,digging the value creating potential of intelligence capital also its management emphasis certainly to create enterprise value.Therefore,the dynamic nature concept of value creating potential of intelligence capital must be definituded so that accurately grasps its four determinant factors who has static stocks,combination efficiency,investment efficiency and its structural degree through Pareto and value chain analysis, and catching out its transform mechanism its from them, and then potting forward the concretes management measures to improve its transformation efficiency. |
