| 摘 要： | 本文从内生金融发展理论和我国农村土地制度改革的实践出发，阐述了农村金融服务与农村土地制度改革的相互关系，对我国农村土地制度改革中的金融约束进行了分析，总结了金融服务的功能、目标和任务，并提出若干政策建议。
