| Abstract: | After briefly introducing the geographical coverage of the Hanyun Logistics Group logistics operation,the paper uses fuzzy clustering method to divide it into sub-areas and,after taking into consideration other location decision related qualitative factors,employs the simple and easy-to-use gravity model to decision on the locations of regional distribution centers. |
