| 摘 要： | 根据河南省近年物流人才的培养情况,提出了河南省物流人才供求平衡模型。其中,需求模型采用逻辑斯蒂(Logistic)模型进行分析,供给模型采用二次指数平滑法进行分析。通过分析,预计在2019年河南省物流人才供求基本趋于平衡。

| Abstract: | In view of the reality of logistics personnel training in recent years in Henan province,this paper proposes the equilibrium model of supply and demand of logistics personnel in Henan.In it,Logistic model is used in demand model and secondary exponential smoothing method is used in supply model.Through analysis,it is shown that the logistics personnel supply and demand in Henan will be in a state of equilibrium as soon as 2019. |
