| 摘 要： | 团队文化和小团体文化都隶属于企业文化,团队文化与小团体文化对我国企业管理具有重要意义.文章主要对团队文化和小团体文化的差异进行了比较分析,要求企业应更多注重团队文化的培养,但这并不意味着全盘否定小团体文化,团队文化应该取其精华来不断完善自己.只有这样,企业才能适应经济环境的变化.
