基于核心能力理论的企业集群边界问题研究

摘    要:随着企业集群的迅猛发展,集群组织边界的识别与界定已成为实现企业集群有效治理的一个核心问题。以企业核心能力理论为基础,通过分析企业集群生产与交易活动中的企业能力、资产专有性、不确定性及交易频率等4个维度,对企业集群的组织边界进行了识别和界定,以期对企业集群的治理实践奠定必要的理论基础。

Abstract:With the rapid development of enterprise clusters,the identification and definition of the organization boundary of clusters has become a core issue for its efficient governance.Based on the theory of enterprise core competence, this paper identifies and determines the organization boundary of enterprise clusters by analyzing the four aspects of enterprise ability,property appropriation,indeterminacy and transaction frequency in the production and transaction activities of enterprise clusters.The purpose of this study is to lay the essential rationale for the governance practice of enterprise clusters.
