| 摘 要： | 无论是从社会投资,还是从扩大内需的角度来看,我国房地产业发展在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。文章运用西方经济学的相关理论,分析影响我国房地产市场的供给与需求的因素,从而来考察未来一段时间里我国房地产的供求状况具有现实意义。
