| 摘 要： | 制约草原畜牧业发展的根本原因在于草原区农牧矛盾的尖锐化，即农牧争地，毁草种田屡禁不止；农牧脱节型种植结构；畜类、秸秆资源大量流失；耗粮低效型饲料工业；单一放牧经营，靠天养畜等农牧矛盾。因此，要持续发展草原畜牧业，必须解决这些矛盾。
