| Abstract: | ?This article is a comprehensive exploration on the fundamental characteristics of the systemof eco - economy in mining areas during their resource exploitation. Copper ore resources are valuableand precious. The natural resources, ecological environment and labor force resources of mining areasare weak, and are easily hurted. The priority principle of opencasting is important. The benefits of ecology, economy and society of mining areas can be united. The new conceptions and new technologiesof harmonious development of mining and environment in the 21 century are described. |
