| 摘 要： | 本文建立了兼顾生产与环保的最优控制模型．在此基础上，提出了以帕累托效率为目标的资源技术替代率的资源定价模式；并分别从理论与现实的角度对所提出的定价模式进行了分析，从而为资源定价方式提供了一种新思路。

| Abstract: | The paper, based upon the optimal control module with both development and environment taken into account, establishes the module of resource pricing by the substitution ratio of resources and technofogy to gain the Pareto Efficiency. While analyzing the module in the theory and reality, it presents a new approah to the resource pricing. |
