政府采购中扶持我国中小企业发展的探讨

我国的政府采购制度从试点到推广实施仅有10年时间,却取得了很大进展,由于蕴含着巨大商机,政府采购市场成为我国众多企业竞相争夺的目标。同时,我国中小企业由于面临着国内外严峻的竞争压力,亟待我国政府利用财政手段对其进行扶持。文章从必要性、可行性、措施途径3个方面探讨了政府采购扶持我国中小企业发展这一问题。

Discussion on the government procurement''''s support to the SMEs'''' development

Although there is only ten years since the system of government procurement set up in China, it has made great progress. Due to the rich opportunity within it, government procurement market has become the goal which many enterprises strive for. Meanwhile, the SMEs in our country are confronting with serious competition and it demands the support from public finance. This paper discusses the question that using government procurement to support the SMEs' development from the aspects of the necessity, feasibility and measures.
