摘    要:我国施工企业实行人力资源激励机制的目的是诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现施工目标的同时实现自身的需要,增加其满意度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。激励机制运行的最佳效果是在较低成本的条件下达到激励相容。

Abstract:Our country construction business enterprise practice human resource's encouraging the purpose of mechanism is the work motive which induces employee,making them carry out the demand of oneself at the time of carrying out a construction target,increasing its satisfaction,making thus their aggressive and create sex to continue to keep and develop under go to.The best result which encourages mechanism movement is under the lower cost condition to attain to encourage compatible.
