| 摘 要： | 界面问题常因边界不清、权责不明,成为工程中纠纷最多、处理最难的问题。通过对大型项目合同界面管理影响因素的分析,提出了合同界面管理的要点,并提出了合同界面风险管理的思路与流程。

| Abstract: | Interface questions have given rise to many disputes and are very difficult resolved in constructions for their blurred boundaries.Contracts interface management is one of focal and difficult points in projects management.This paper analyze many influent factors,put forward the essentials of contracts interface management and the technological process of interface risk management.It perhaps provide a reference for proprietor to carry out contracts interface management in many project surroundings. |
