| 摘 要： | 随着越来越多的针对中国企业的反倾销案件的申请 ,中国企业从不敢应诉到第一起胜诉 ,走过了艰苦的历程。加入世贸组织后 ,欧、美将更频繁地利用反倾销———在世贸组织中具有合法外衣的贸易保护手段 ,压制中国企业产品的出口 ,达到保护当地企业的目的。在中国 ,倾销与反倾销贸易战已迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | With the increasing of antidumping applications which always aim at Chinese enterprises,our corporations have come through a trial course from being afraid of responding to the first success.After we entering the WTO,the European and American will make full use of the antidumping which is a legal protect method in the WTO to inhibit Chinese exports.So our enterprises must know how to protect ourselves and utilize the practice of the WTO.This essay gives some suggestions on that. |
