| 摘 要： | 为了适应法学教学模式改革的需要，案例教学法被引入课堂，案例教学法通过对案例的剖析、研究，指导学生将法学原理、法律规则运用于具体的案件之中。这种教学方法将理论与实践有机结合起来，有利于培养高素质的应用型人才。
