| 摘 要： | 民生是公共财政的出发点和落脚点,因此公共财政对民生的支持是必然的.当前,我国的财政支出已对民生领域进行了倾斜,在保障和改善民生方面取得了一些成就,但仍然存在一些问题,需要运用一些政策手段,进一步强化公共财政对民生领域的支持.

| Abstract: | People's livelihood is the start and end of public finance,so it's certain that public finance should support people's livelihood.Currently,China has made its fiscal expenditure inclined to areas of people's livelihood and has made much progress in ensuring and improving people's livelihood.However,there are still a lot of problems unresolved.It's necessary to further strengthen the support for people's livelihood by means of some policies. |
