中小企业集群组织范式及其对知识创造的效应研究

摘    要:采取典型理论研究与案例分析相结合的方法,首先论述了中小企业集群是一种介于市场与科层组织之问的合作网络型组织形态,其本质在于由企业内部市场发展到组织间市场。论述联系性、合作性和分权化是中小企业集群组织范式的主要特征。最后论述中小企业集群密集型和松散型关系网络结构形态对于知识创造会产生不同的影响和功能。这两种关系结构要有机结合。才能优势互补。

Abstract:The study will firstly discuss SMEs clusters are network which are in between market organizations and bureaucratic ones. In nature, SMEs clusters will develop from internal markets to interorganizational networks. The thesis points out linkages, cooperations and empowerments are the primary features of SMEs clusters. Lastly, the paper indicates the structure of SMEs clusters, namely intentive one and loose one, will have different roles in knowledge creating. The two kind of structures should band together...
