| 摘 要： | 文章运用项目集成风险管理思想,把传统风险管理六个过程集成在一起形成风险管理循环,并将其细化于ERP项目实施的各个里程碑间,构建了ERP项目集成风险管理模型,从而将每一个风险管理循环过程紧紧地连接起来,形成了整个项目的集成风险管理。
