| 摘 要： | 资源型地区的可持续发展是各级政府与民众普遍关心的问题,而发展第三产业是问题解决的路径之一。然而第三产业在发展过程中由于各种因素与条件的制约,存在体制不顺、投入不足以及结构不合理等诸多问题。问题产生的原因是多方面的,各级决策者要针对原因,理清思路,更新观念,实现资源型地区第三产业更好更快的发展。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of the resource-typed regions is a widespread concern among governements and ordinary people of all levels.To develop the teriary industry is one of the ways to solve the problems.However,there exist the problems such as imperfect system,inadequate input and irrational structure etc because of the restrict of various factors and conditions.The reasons are various.Therefore,directing at those reasons,the decision-makers of all levels should sort out thoughts,renew ideas and realize better and faster development of tertiary industry in th e resource-typed regions. |
