摘 要: | 目前,酒店行业员工流失严重,特别是酒店企业中具备丰富的经验并掌握了一定的服务技能和理念的核心员工。酒店员工流失的主要原因是:酒店的管理体制不科学;社会观念存在的误区;毕业生与企业之间的理念差异;社会保障体系不完善;酒店之间的竞争加剧和企业内部沟通不畅等等。酒店解决这一问题的主要对策有:提高员工满意度;建立酒店人才数据库;实行"管理练习生"制度;对酒店员工实行绩效管理;提高对员工的责任心等等。

Abstract: | At present the situation of hotel talent draining is serious,especially those with abundant experiences and certain service skills and concepts.The reasons lie in the following aspects:the unscientific management system of hotel;the misunderstanding existed in social concept;the concept discrepancy between college graduates and enterprises;the imperfect social security system;the intensified competitions between hotels and the communication problems and so on.The main countermeasures to it are:to increasing job satisfaction;to implementing management system and performance management and to improve staff’s responsibility. |
