| 摘 要： | ERP沙盘模拟实验采取的是一种体验式的互动方式,让参加的同学从中体验ERP的管理理念。为了达到更好的教学效果,要强调学生构建战略意识,强化预算能力;应加强学生的实务操作能力,不能只浮于理论知识的灌输;在教学中应留给学生足够的时间去掌握操作规则。

| Abstract: | ERP sand table imitation experiment adapts to an experimental interactive style to help participants experience the management concept of ERP from it.To achieve better teaching effect,we shouldn’t be satisfied with theoretical knowledge input.We should focus on constructing students’ strategic awareness,strengthen budgeting capacity and reinforce students’ practical manual competence.In teaching,we’d better set aside enough time for students to grasp the operation rules. |
