| Abstract: | To promote the quality of undergraduate education is the only way to the sustainable development of Chinese higher education. To pursuit the development of connotation quality, the course "Asset Evaluation" needs to be expanded in scope and excavated in depth to solve the problem of identical course setup of various specialties in different colleges and universities. In addition, it needs to stress practical teaching from visual direction and perfect teachers’ team construction from the aspects of option and cultivation. |
