| 摘 要： | 高职专业设置必须立足于职业能力分析。职业能力分析包括职业专门技术能力和职业关键能力。本文以物流企业为物流管理职业的主流技术领域,分析了高职物流管理专业的职业专门技术能力、关键能力(包括职业基本素质),并提出了职业能力分析对专业设置和课程建设等方面的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Vocational competency analyses must base on specialty installments of higher vocational educations.Vocational competency analyses include in the specialized technology and key skills of vocational competency.This paper take logistics enterprises use logistics management as main technology field,which the specialized technology and key skills(include in basic qualities)analysis vocational competencies in higher vocational specialty of logistics management installments.And the paper provided significances of the higher vocational specialty and curriculum of installments. |
