| Abstract: | Nowadays many enterprises consider human resources as the most important strategic resource in competition.Talent training is the foundation for enterprises to develop and cadre training is drawing more and more attention.Aiming at the existed problem,the key point is to use different methods and measures to promote training effect in a full scale.Only by doing can we cultivate talents with high quality for enterprises. |
