| Abstract: | In this paper,the author reflects the criminal court retrial concept of modern China,points out the shortcomings existed in the legislative idea of "Seeking the truth from the facts and Rectifying a mistake once found " and puts forward the value concept of reconstructing and retrial for the purpose of providing reference for constructing retrial system that is conformed to Chinese current conditions. |
