云南生物产业创新型科研团队协同生态效能体系研究

摘    要:本文在分析生物产业科研团队协同科研工作特点的基础上,定义了团队协同生态效能,并提出了相应的度量指标:①项目完成效率;②成果数量和质量;③对科技创新的贡献力;④科研能力提升度;⑤团队协作满意度;⑥经费使用合理性等;然后提出了科研团队良性可持续发展的能力体系架构;最后提出下一步要继续研究的问题,旨在发掘提升科研团队良性可持续研发能力的有效途径,进而促进云南重大生物产业的科技创新。

Abstract:This paper first analyzed the characteristics of collaborative research in biological industry, and defined research team collaborative ecoefficiency according to the perspective of sustainable development. Second, it proposed the corresponding metrics as following: ①Completion efficient of the project; ② Quantity and quality of results; ③The contribution force on technological innovation; ④The degree of enhance of scientific research ability; ⑤Teamwork cooperation satisfaction; ⑥ Reasonable use of funds, etc. Third, a systematic architecture of sustainable development capacity of research team was presented. Finally, it proposed some problems that are worthy to study in later, to explore the effective way to improve the sustainable development ability of scientific research team, and then promote technological innovation of major bio-industry in Yunnan.
